Pure white paper labels laminated with a permanent, acrylic adhesive mounted on to a glassine liner. Supplied in rolls of 2670 labels, outside wound on 25mm (1“) core, with a maximum outside diameter of 127mm (5“).
Choose from either Matt Vellum or Gloss paper stock. Thermal Transfer Vellum paper is a very smooth uncoated paper used for standard retail labelling. Vellum has the additional benefit that it gives excellent Thermal Transfer print quality. Gloss paper offers a superior print which enhances product presence.
Fully compatible with most Thermal Transfer printers including Citizen, Datamax, Eltron, Fargo, Intermec, Markem, Sato, Tec and Zebra. If you are unsure if these are the labels for your printer please feel free to contact us on 01799 550963.
Materials
Thermal Transfer Vellum Paper
Vellum thermal paper with a smooth uncoated Matt finish laminated with a high tack permanent, acrylic adhesive to a glassine liner. The paper base stock is made from FSC ™ Certified Pulp
Thermal Transfer Gloss Paper
A Gloss coated paper, laminated with a high tack permanent, acrylic adhesive to a glassine liner. The paper base stock is made from FSC ™ Certified Pulp
Applications
Thermal Transfer Vellum Paper
Uncoated paper stock for label and tag uses. A matt finish, suitable for use in general product and retail labelling.
Thermal Transfer Gloss Paper
High quality print finish for product and retail labelling.

Thermal Transfer Printer Ribbon
Unlike Direct Thermal printers, Thermal Transfer printers use a wax or wax/resin ribbon to print. Thermal Transfer Ribbons have a layer of ink that melts as it passes under the the print head and this is absorbed onto the surface material.
Thermal Transfer Print ribbons come in a large range of colours that produce a crisp vibrant print. Ribbon based printers work on a much wider choice of media than Direct Transfer Printers.
